Purchasing the vehicle, I felt that I has a good experience. Took longer to get my vehicle than expected but the wait was worth it. Steve and his team were "spot on" during my service last week. Not only did he squeeze me in for an oil change and brakes before a long road trip, but when the courtesy van driver called out, Steve schedul week. The dealership is close by to my home, and the staff are nice there, however, I really miss the service that I used to receive at Lexus. I have brought my car in a few times and of those times I’ve complain nice there, however, I really miss the service that I used to receive at Lexus. The first two times they didn’t hear it, and this last time they did and supposedly fixed it, but it’s still rattles and drives me crazy. I know it is close by, but it’s kind of a hassle to make an appointment and stay there for an hour while I wait for this again to maybe or maybe not work More
