Unfair service I was going through my insurance company and the process was so bad that I had to switch to a different body shop. Ron wouldn’t input a estimate adjus I was going through my insurance company and the process was so bad that I had to switch to a different body shop. Ron wouldn’t input a estimate adjustment to my insurance company. He said we never do that with Allstate and the claim adjuster at Allstate say we always do this and doesn’t know why Ron would say that. So I just had to switch body shops and pay $135 to the dealership and you guys didn’t even do anything. More

Good work but Everyone is friendly and the work is good. My problem is I came in for an oil change and watched as 5 people came in after me and all were serviced an Everyone is friendly and the work is good.
