For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. 1st time there for service since purchasing vehicle. Dropped off at 8:30 am for 10:30am appointment. I have to say I was dissapointed I never heard from them all day. A co-worker was going to drop me off as he leaves at 4:00; I called at 3:45 and asked for Service asked the person is my vehicle done? Not sure, let me transfer you to John. Got a voicemail, left message. Got no response. My ride left and I waited at work past my work end time until my husband came. By now it was after 5pm. Walked in to cashier she gave me paperwork and keys and said you are all set. I asked her I am new here but I got no calls, texts regarding my vehicle today. Shouldnt I get a call and she said you should have. I said well I called at 3:45 and a girl said she was not sure if it was done and transferred me to a voicemail which clearly does not help me. She said sorry I just got in so I am not sure, sorry about that. Just wanted for you to be aware. More
