For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Harassed by texts after purchase never been treated so poorly and in a disrespectful manner. In fact I have became friend with most of the salespersons I've dealt with in the past. The truck I purchased spent 6 months on their lot yet it was missing some headrests. I was nice enough to accept to take the truck and the salesperson would send me the parts the following days. After a week waiting, I contacted them regarding the parts, the salesperson was evasive therefore I offered to return the truck as I couldn't drive it as it was. The sales manager contacted me to let me know that he got the parts and sent them to me. Case close right? Not yet. Dan the salesperson started texting me, belittling me, making fun of my job title, cursing me to the point where I had to call police to file charge for harassment and to contact his supervisor to have the harassment stop. Denooyer Auto Group, is this a way to treat a customer who spent $ 14K at your dealership? Please folks don't waste your time and money to be disrespected. Go shop elsewhere. If this salesperson used my private information to ave fun of me, God knows what else he did with my information. More

When purchasing my new car I had such a great experience with Jeff Maltbie and chris Smith at denooyer. From start to finish, Jeff was there for me when I had any questions and was so pleasant.
