Recognized our needs, respected our time, and paid attention to details. Jerry Magnano expertly complimented the Sales Team, by offering viable options on truck accessories, Again, taking our needs/wants in consideration with our delivery time line, Jerry made a point of personally showing us how to operate the truck cover he helped us select, This personal touch was indicative of the Denooyer approach, Scott Hooker was able to secure better financing rates for us than we had secured, and we had an aggressive low rate to begin with. He also gave us some extended warranty options that we might not have otherwise considered. Again, we had outside sources for these options, but Scott was attentive to our needs and confidently beat the non dealer finance and extended warranty options. The purchased was capped off when we took delivery of our new 2018 Colorado. The vehicle was ready when we arrived, after taking the train up from NYC and giving the team a day's notice. All paperwork was ready, and Armand Rodriguez signed us up for the On Star services and enabled our devices to access the newly provided services. He took the time to explain the truck;s features, and was patient with our barrage of questions. All in all an excellent car buying experience. We would definitely make the three hour trip to again deal with the professionals at Denooyer. More
