I would like to start this review by saying that everyone I dealt with was never outwardly rude, disrespectful, or impolite in any way. That being said, my experience with DeNooyer was not a positive one. I dealt with was never outwardly rude, disrespectful, or impolite in any way. That being said, my experience with DeNooyer was not a positive one. I have not needed to go to a dealership for service before, but my car required a dealership to remedy the problem. I was expecting to pay more than I do at my local repair shop, but I feel that the fees and final price was much higher than it should be. I also felt that there was little to no communication unless I initiated it. When I am paying higher prices because I am using a dealership, I would expect that dealership to treat me as a valued customer. I first brought my car to the shop on March 21, 2022 to be diagnosed. I needed a new head control and an inside door handle. The head control was on back order, so only the door handle was fixed. This cost me $493.01 and I needed to leave my car in the shop over night. Even though I was using text messaging to communicate with the advisor, Bob, I was not kept aware of when my vehicle was ready and it was not until I contacted him on March 22, 2022 at around 4 that I was told I could come to pick up my vehicle. I was also told that I would be contacted when the back ordered part arrived. I did not have any communication with anyone at DeNooyer until I placed a phone call in June. I was told at that point that they could find a used head control. (My question here is why was this not an option that was given to me in March or when the new part was taking so long to be manufactured? Without the head control, I had no temperature control in my car from March until late June.) I made an appointment for June 20, 2022. I dropped my car off that morning and did not hear anything that day. On June 21, 2022, I contacted Bob around 11 AM, I was told that they needed to program the unit and that the AC was leaking. I was told they would need to keep it another day to fix the AC and I declined. I was told that I would be contacted when the head control was finished. I did not hear from anyone. I attempted to contact Bob at around 3:30 to get a time I could pick up my car and did not hear back from him. I decided to come to the shop even though I had not heard from anyone. When I arrived at the shop, I was told that Bob had gone home earlier that day and no one seemed to know what was going on with my car. I was asked to go to the waiting room while my car's status was found out. I was called back about 20 later to pay for the repairs. This time it cost $559.97. In total these 2 parts, diagnosis and labor cost 1,052.98 for a head control and a door handle. My car was kept at the shop for 4 days and I was not contacted at any point to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle, nor was I contacted about different options when the ordered part was taking months to arrive. This is very disappointing. When I was told by my regular mechanic that I needed to bring my vehicle to a dealership I asked around about the best place to bring it and everyone said that DeNooyer was the best. Unfortunately my experience with your maintenance department was not a good one and I don't plan on using you again. As I said to a friend "If DeNooyer is the best around, then I'd hate to see the worst" More

The initial purchase took almost 2 weeks - unacceptable. Vehicle needed serious servicing almost immediately. over service is usually great, I had a tie rotation this time and my tire sensors were not realigned. so today I had a low-pressure tire and had to check all of them to find the actual low one.
