This is my second car purchase, well I leased the first one, from Denooyer and have had service done all the tijme and have been very happy. This time I can not say that as I was a little disappointed with one, from Denooyer and have had service done all the tijme and have been very happy. This time I can not say that as I was a little disappointed with the time it took to replace a tire. I dropped the car off at 7am and did not receive a text until 4:23pm. I inquired about the tire at 1:53 and was told at 2:16 that it was in the building just not installed. I had to make special arrangements to come and pick my car up because I thought it would have been completed by around 2. Even though I did not specifiy a time it was a bit disappointed that I was the first car in and it seemed like the last car out. One good thing is there was no balance as when I bought the car I got the tire warrenty. I hope that in the future the customer can be told if there is circumstances that warrent the lenght of time for service. More

Brought my mew truck in because there was am issue with the brakes. Although I was there for four hours, the service department was very accommodating. I knew from them it would be a long wait so I was p the brakes. Although I was there for four hours, the service department was very accommodating. I bought my truck there 1/23/15. I paid for the extended warranty. The finance department said the warranty was for 9 years. I did not notice at the time that the paperwork did not s I paid for the extended warranty. The finance department said the warranty was for 9 years. I did not notice at the time that the paperwork did not specify the length of time the warranty would be. On 12/15/21 The truck was in DeNooyer for brake repair. They replaced the front calipers, pads, and front tires. When leaving the dealership, I noticed there was still a vibration in the steering wheel at 40MPH. I called the service department the next day and was told they had successfully spin balanced the new tires and I would have to purchase new rims in order to correct the vibration issue. I did not follow up on this at that time. Four months later, on 5/24/22 I brought the truck back to the dealership and asked them to check the brakes and see if they could fix the vibration. After inspection, the service department said I needed to replace the hub, wheel bearings, and senser. I was told that my extended warranty had expired on 1/23/22 so the hub would not be covered. I believe if the service department should have found the problem on 12/15/21. If they had, it would have been covered under the warranty. Also, I am disappointed that I paid $2,371.00 for a warranty that I was told would last 9 years, and only lasted 7. I would like to say that Bob Neet, the salesman that sold me the truck was professional, friendly, and has been nothing but helpful. Even 7 years later he is still willing to go out of his way for me. DeNooyer is lucky to have an employee like him. DJ in the service department was also very friendly and did what he could to help. I have no problem with either of these men. I have decided that this will be the last time I bring my truck there for service. The dealership should have covered the cost of the hub and should have found the problem 4 months ago. If I decide to ever buy another vehicle at DeNooyer, I will definitely not pay for the extended warranty, and will have it serviced elsewhere. More
