Service took longer than I expected. The truck smells like cigarette smoke. But the parts they replaced work. Thought I would look at new trucks while waiting the next day to get my vehicle back. I brought a 2017 truck in for an inspection, oil change and a steering assist error message. I tried to pick up my truck 8 hours later and the inspection couldn't be completed, I had a $448 bill with anoth and a steering assist error message. I tried to pick up my truck 8 hours later and the inspection couldn't be completed, I had a $448 bill with another $772 worth of work I declined. Took truck to another dealership and brakes were good and emmisions passed. 🤔 More

Went there a month ago for oil change and they did a tire rotation. They told me breaks were good, go in for inspection and the rears are shot??? Plus needed a head light and cost me $130???
