My recent (August 2020) service at your Body Shop after a collision was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a repair shop. Every communication was handled with courtesy, prompt return calls, and com collision was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a repair shop. Every communication was handled with courtesy, prompt return calls, and complete, accurate information at every step of the process. Pete, Jack, and Larry made this easy for me, from the rental car to the Insurance company communication to their regular calls about the repair progress. In addition, whoever worked on my car clearly took extra care to repair and clean it, inside and out (it looks like a new car!). So, from my purchase in 2012, the regular maintenance since then, and now this excellent body work, I’m a true Denooyer fan. More

I came in with a transmission problems. Bob found that GM had a service bulletin on it at no cost to me. After that service my truck had a follow up problem. Bob was helpful in correcting it. i was happy with one part of my repair but i am upset because i was having another issue with my odometer light and i was told it was the dimmer switch that was down, i asked at least 3x to make sure it because i was having another issue with my odometer light and i was told it was the dimmer switch that was down, i asked at least 3x to make sure it was good. and im still having the same issue and now if i bring it back and go thru my warranty i will be charged through them and i could of had the issued resolved the first time it was brought in.
