Denooyer should have a policy on employees having their feet up on chairs while being on their cellphones while customers are waiting to check out. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! No accountability whatsoever! Brought my vehicle in four times to have a simple antenna replacement, because either they ordered the weing item or was missing an item. My truck came out worse than it went in plain and simple!!!! Every single thing about this place is horrible!! Didn't inform me of the broken emergency brake cable that they did. Lost needle bearings in my universal joint when they took out my drive shaft and then blamed me the original one who put the universal joint in!!! I'm not some dumb idiot when I get done putting them together I wrapped tape around them until I got it in the car I don't lose bearings. Made comments that would make my normal mechanic seem to be some backyard hillbilly And in actuality my mechanics are probably much more higher rated than their technicians! More

Although the service team fixed my car fast this time, I was not very happy that denooyer took over 6 weeks to get parts in-- three weeks later another thing went wrong and it was too late to cover it under was not very happy that denooyer took over 6 weeks to get parts in-- three weeks later another thing went wrong and it was too late to cover it under my warranty. If they did it when they put those parts in, it would of been covered. I feel I was given a raw deal. More

After having my 2016 Colorado towed in for large transmission leak the service team replaced lines and flushed system in hopes this would "repair" system with out complete transmission replacement. Luckily it worked and saved a lot of money for our small business needs. Thank you!!! More
