Long wait I was told it would be an hour or less. No one came and told me anything. After over 2 hours of waiting I went to the service counter to see what was I was told it would be an hour or less. No one came and told me anything. After over 2 hours of waiting I went to the service counter to see what was going on, my truck happened to be done. Mis quoted my trucks issue I brought my truck to you and told your service department that it sounded like a wheelbearing was bad. Your tech apparently took it for a ride to dia I brought my truck to you and told your service department that it sounded like a wheelbearing was bad. Your tech apparently took it for a ride to diagnose the noise. Your service department then reached out to explain that both front bearings had to be changed at a price of $1260 before tax. I then had my truck checked out at innovative auto in menands where they changed the passenger side bearing at the cost of $410 and further reassured me there was nothing wrong with the driver side. So you charged me $140 for me to tell your service department I had a bad wheelbearing. I think for $140 you should acually do the work of diagnosing the problem instead of just saying they both need to be replaced because the tech didn’t know what side the noise was coming from. I have purchased 3 new trucks from you since 2005. So I hope you enjoy the $140 you bagged me for. It will be the last. More
