They were busy this day but before they had a shuttle guy bring me to trader Joe's while my car was in service! I had a $25 gift certificate that they sent me in the mail and I got an synthetic oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection for only $26! I still have my birthday $25 gift certificate they sent me and multiple other coupons too More

I assumed wrong they had to reassess everything and then order the part this time. Which they should have done last time. He almost tried to talk me out of ordering the part that is broken. But I insisted and then the tech saw it my way. My time is a value also I don't like wasting it. Now I have to go back a third time for something that should have already been fixed. This was just annoying. More

In this instance, took car in with approx 34,000 miles on the odometer and picked it up 2 days days later with over 38,000 on the odometer. Miles matter because this is a leased car. Repeated phone calls to service agent we’re not answered and not returned. Someone from the dealership needs to explain and apologize to us. More

It took 1-1/2 hours for an oil chnage after a 1-1/2 drive. From all appearances the waiting room was full for the 1-1/2 hours I was there. I did find DeNooyer to have the best selsction when buying a vehicle but traveling for routine service is unlikely. More
High expectations fell flat! I have a Silverado 2500 HD (diesel) and went to DeNooyer because my prior dealership had a 2 week wait for service and a new GM had recently started t I have a Silverado 2500 HD (diesel) and went to DeNooyer because my prior dealership had a 2 week wait for service and a new GM had recently started there; one my family has worked with previously and been very happy with. When I arrived for my appointment, the service team member was confused on the cost of a diesel service and misquoted the amount I would be charged. Not only did the cost appear higher than other services I had received at my other dealership BUT, the cost ended up being almost $100 higher (Service called to inform me AFTER service was completed). There were other issues as well during my 30,000 mile service. 1 - I SPECIFICALLY told the service team NOT to rotate my tires; I had it done within the last few weeks and did not need them rotated and did not want to pay for it. 2 - After rotating my tires anyway, they did not reset my tire pressure properly (front & rear tires have 5-7 psi difference) so now I need to likely have my tires rotated back to where they were or, at minimum, reset the tire pressure. 1 - All service team members should be familiar with the difference between diesel and conventional service needs and costs or there should be a diesel only section. 2 - Service needs to improve their attention to detail. Even if I wanted my tires rotated (I did not), they need to ensure that the tire pressures are reset once the tires are rotated. 3 - When I picked up my truck, they tried to send me to the wrong spot to get it; fortunately, I had seen it as I walked in and was able to correct them. OVERALL, in my FIRST visit to DeNooyer, I was very unsatisfied and will likely not return or recommend service to anyone else. More
