Truck was brought in for the NYS inspection, to fix a window switch and to replace a/c condenser, the latter items which required parts to be ordered. Work appears to have been performed competently. However, nobody called me to tell me the work had been completed. After 3 weeks I ended up calling DeNooyer to see what was going on. The truck was not available to me for more than a week unnecessarily. In addition, the inspection certificate was not left with the truck. I had to ask for that as well. Not impressed with the admin side of the service department. More

Instead of me repeating it 3 times I wish someone would read the notes and confirm what I want done. 2. I rated Dwane a 4 star because I never talked to him when I brought my car in. 3. This is the set I d appt I scheduled to have tires changed. The first time I canceled because the tires weren’t ordered. I wasn’t sent a request for review or I would have given Denooyer a 1 star for the experience. I was passed around a few times and disconnected three times before I spoke to someone. When I did speak to someone I suggested we push it out another week to make sure the tires were in. The service rep kept trying to get me to continue to come in even though it would have been more inconvenient for me. I finally got frustrated and just canceled the appt. If you weren’t one block from my office I would have went to DePaula. More
