Service is good. Tire pressure never set. The service is always good but Everytime I get the 27 point inspection, tire pressure is supposed to be checked and set. It never is! Thinking outside the box. I brought the car in with a problem that was not showing up on the computer. Your service staff took the initiative to try to work it out over 2 days. They not only drove the car but also researched the problem I was describing to them. They believe they narrowed it down to electrical loose wires. So they went into the fuse box area and tightened the connections. So far so good. I appreciate the willingness the staff took to look for problems that are not evident. More

Routine service We scheduled our second oil change at DeNooyer where we purchased our Tahoe. We also had tires rotated and asked to have the brakes checked. We finally got our car back at 1:30. Three hours for routine maintenance like thus with an appointment is unacceptable. We will not be back. More
