Oil change The last time I’ve went to get my car serviced, I was suppose to get a tire rotation along with my oil change and they’ve never rotated my tires. I had planed an exciting upcoming road trip, spanning the north to southern tiers of our beautiful countryside , visiting / lakes, mountains, the ocean,and a span of the Appalachian etc. . A plan such as this, needs a dependable car. To my dismay, I experienced an issue with my car , that I believed was a manufactured issue, it made me feel unsafe for my upcoming adventure . Denooyer , took my concerns seriously, put my car into service immediately, gave me a loaner at no cost/ ruled out any unsafe core causes and offered me the retification needed . . I now have my car back, road tripping the beauty, I had planned . Denooyer understands rhe grassroots of people and how important that car is. My turnover was seamless .
