Good Service! I took my car to DeNooyer's yesterday for its yearly inspection, and waited for it. The Service staff was friendly and attentive, as usual. Quick Transmission not downshifting to 1st gear at stop. Second time - service found factory fix. Great job Had a few issues with a previously owned vehicle that we bought through Denooyer. I have been to service 2 times for unrelated problems and each time they were very attentive to issues with the car. I was put into loaner car and was in and out quickly. Communicating was great with dealership and car was ready when expected. Great all around team! More

Oil change and problem with my headlights. Normally I am completely satisfied with DeNooyer's Service Depart. On Friday, May 11th, I took my car in for an oil change and problem with headlight Normally I am completely satisfied with DeNooyer's Service Depart. On Friday, May 11th, I took my car in for an oil change and problem with headlights. I have had my lights on Auto since I purchased my car in April 2017. Lights have always been on day and night. After taking my car in for recall of bolts for engine and transmission, my lights have not been on at all in Auto. This may have had nothing to do with the recall repair, but that is when this issue started. The Auto dimming indicator also showed on my dash. This feature I was unaware of. it kept blinking on and off and then my auto lights were not on at all. I read in the manual this Auto dimming had to be turned off during day for daytime running lights. Still no auto lights. I called right away and the service man (I think was Chris, not sure) said oh yes the Auto dimming is a good feature, not listening to my problem. I brought it in for service and again told them about my lights issue. They told me I had it turned off. I got in my car to go home and no lights were on. I pulled back in and told them. He came back out and said it was too sunny out. I asked why they have been on all the time since I owned my car and what was the purpose of daytime running lights? He insisted the sensor was saying too bright out. It was raining the other day, no sun in the sky, no lights. Last night I was out until after 8pm, no lights, again very cloudy. I am very frustrated! I want my lights on auto so I do not have to remember to turn them off and they are always on. Even though I am female I do know what I am talking about. I think I would know if my light indicator was on my dash all this time and my lights have been onl. More
Great service My '18 Equinox was in for its first service under warranty, which includes oil change and tire rotation and fluid checks,etc. Making an appointment on My '18 Equinox was in for its first service under warranty, which includes oil change and tire rotation and fluid checks,etc. Making an appointment on line was easy and they followed up with a phone call that made a change in appointment time that made my wait time shorter. Chris was very pleasant and helpful writing up the order. the waiting area is very bright and pleasant with a big screen TV and WiFi and snacks and beverages. One small complaint, I wish the tech had put a paper mat over my semi-expensive after market floor mat, just got a little soiled, sure it was just an oversight. Overall good experience all around. Pleasant and accommodating employees. More
