The service was not bad and not good either. The service department is always trying to find ways to double and triple the amount you pay. This is typical Dealership behavior and while it might be good for DeNooyer, it’s not so good for me and my fixed income. Any complaints about this policy are usually ignored or I’m told I can take my business elsewhere. The problem with “elsewhere” is they are just as bad if not worse. So the bottom line is if you want to keep your GM car all GM get ready to pay a lot of money for it..........The truth even when it hurts and it always does. More
