Normally I've been extremely happy with my experience, but I noticed that the mechanic signed off on my tires being properly inflated to 35, but when I drove off and checked them, 3 of them were slightly but I noticed that the mechanic signed off on my tires being properly inflated to 35, but when I drove off and checked them, 3 of them were slightly below and one was at 29, so I'm thinking that they were not, in fact, checked. I hope everything else was checked, but it did place some doubt in my mind. Other than that, I was happy with the service. More

The service reps especially Chris was very helpful and professional. Although the mechanic’s I can’t say the same. I had to bring my car back because it was still making the same noise. Brought it back and come to find out the whole sway bar needed to be replaced not just the bolt. So we decided not to dump more money into it (after just replacing the engine) so we purchased a new car from Andrew Lobb (3rd car I bought from him) when they replaced the engine it was still making noise and had to bring it back a few times. Dwane was very helpful. Took the vehicle in for an oil change yet he discovered 2 filters needed replacing. He explained what they were for and even had pictures to show me.
