Took a little while for depaula to get back to me once they had my car but not too big of a problem. Alannah was incredibly helpful and friendly when i brought my car in and when i picked it up. A woman came out and told me I was in the way and to move my car when I was told to park there. Very rude. So I moved my car and then went back inside to wait again and she ended up helping the person behin my car when I was told to park there. Very rude. So I moved my car and then went back inside to wait again and she ended up helping the person behind me without even saying anything to me. I was only dropping my car off for an oil change and leaving my car and it took 30 minutes to even do that. Unacceptable. The rest of the staff seem nice enough but she was very rude and unapproachable. I'm not sure if her name or the guy that ended up helping me. Then when I picked up my car I had to wait as well because they were supposed to check my brakes and didn't until I got there.... long story and can't type it all. More
