After a very stressful 3 days dealing with a competing dealership, I went to DePaula. Santiago and Tyler made the experience easy and we had the deal done in 2 hours. Yesterday I picked up my car and they dealership, I went to DePaula. Santiago and Tyler made the experience easy and we had the deal done in 2 hours. Yesterday I picked up my car and they made sure I didn’t leave before Chad sat with me in my new car to get me set up with OnStar and make sure I was familiar with all the bells and whistles. These 3 gentlemen made me feel like a valued customer, and just someone to take money from. Kudos to the 3 of them!! More
