This dealer is the worst in customer service. We have had our car towed in 5 times now. They all saidthe car was unsafe to drive but dont do anything about getting us out of it. Where to I begin. Leased a car in March. They did nothing with the paperwork for months. Weeks and weeks of collection calls. No one at the dealership calling me back. Credit score plummeted. This was my first time buying a car from a dealershi Hello, I recently bought a used 2014 chevy cruze from Depaula Chevrolet on Central Ave in Albany. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, so I was excited. The entire time when I was there, I was talking about having a 60 months loan. When I got my bank paperwork in the mail and signed in online it showed that I had a 72 month loan. Also it turns out with them saying I have a very good interest rate was a lie to me. After a couple days of driving the car I was noticing an air noise that was coming from the front left. I emailed my salesman asking if I could get it fixed. After about 2 weeks and no response, I texted him and he finally responded by giving me the number to service. I made an appointment for Thursday July 30th at 8:30am. I arrived at service and talked with Jason who told me that it would cost me over 150 dollars to just get my car diagnosis to see what the problem is. I told him that I shouldn’t have to be paying money to get this fixed since I just got this car. He just gave me an attitude during our conversation. When I left service he asked if I’m comfortable to make the right hand turn out of service (which there was a lot of room for me to move my car out) and I said I’m fine. He then has someone direct me out as if I didn’t know how to drive. Left service went to the body shop in the back of the building. Talked to a very helpful person who I didn't get the name of. He came outside and looked at my car. He went back inside to get Ron. Ron went for a test drive to figure out where the noise was coming from. Ron came back and fixed the air noise that I was having. Body really helped me out a lot and I really appreciate it. Throughout buying my car, I really feel like I was taken advantage of since I am only 20 and this is my first car. Right now I’m in the process of refinancing my car to get a way better interest rate. Right now my car is also going to need new front brakes but i'm just going to have my machine fix them instead of going back. I rather pay my mechanic to do it then have to deal with service again. I wouldn’t buy another car or recommend this place to anyone. More

Scheduled the appointment to close the deal and take delivery first thing on the following Monday. Got to the dealership Monday and was told they sold the car over the weekend. Couldn't be bothered to call and let me know it was already gone because "it sold late on Saturday" and they're not open on Sundays. The time I took off of work and 2 hour drive to get there and back home was completely wasted. Not impressed. More
During past 22 years I have purchased at least 7 cars. Last five cars were expensive vehicles. Every time you get a different experience, mostly you feel someone is taking advantage you. As well as another chevy dealership on wolf road because Depaula felt it was necessary to t I had to take my car to a Toyota dealership to get fixed. When I asked them why they told me not their problem. They tell you they want to help but dont care. When I emailed the VP of operations my issues with my car, it drove in but could not get out of drive while on Depaulas lot, his response was " Good Luck" More
Went to Depaula for the first time ever. Worked with Henry on purchasing a used Silverado truck. Very happy with Henry and Depaula would recommend them to everyone based on my experience. poor service Malibu nightmare purchased a certified 2016 Chevrolet Malibu in October 2019 nothing but issues since day one. Sales Department lady was very nice Jackie Dolon but her sales manger Randy was very pushy and didn't listen to my needs. I ended up buying the car drove it out of Depaula parking lot and heard a "WATER NOISE" under my dash board. I continued went home had my guy who works on my cars "GM Certified" tells me my antifreeze was done 1 gal I had him fill it notified Depaula that same day!!! besides that issue I noticed my drivers side door handle isn't unlocking car like it should. reported that as well to Depaula and heard a noise rear passenger area a "clunking noise" when going over bumps. was taken back to Depaula due to a strike by "GM" my car sat in Depaula's parking lot for 5 weeks. yes they did give me a loaner car but this is certified how did they not hear the noise or know that this car had a serious coolant leak during inspection?? so here we are may 2020 car went back for all issues I will admit no more noise under dash and door handle was replaced as it was a electrical issue I was told?? but still noise in passenger rear side they have attempted to resolve the issue which there a bullentin on this for 2016-2018 Malibu's yet still not completed. plus recently problems with the sales dept as I was looking to buy another car a left over 2019 Malibu. never got a call back. I reached out to sales dept twice and still nothing. I emailed "general manger" still no reply back. point is never go to depaula once they get ur money they don't care of u...awful experience More
