Every step along the way was smooth, and he always got right back to us with a text or email. He’s always friendly, courteous and it’s understandable why he won the belt for being Mr Positive. Chad has done a great job getting us set up in the vehicles with the tech, and explaining some little known tips and tricks for a couple of ev novices.
