The check in fir service is always awkward. I stand in the check in Section with many people milling around, it is not clear where I should be, red. Blue, Gold. Express. There is someone in an office who does not come out yo direct customers. The last two times there's a woman who.flies around, yesterday she had to leave her station to help the customer in front of me and said she would be right back. After 5 minutes or so, feeling very uncomfortable standing in the middle of the check in area, a gentleman came and I was finally checked in. The service was fine. The check in is always awkward.
