Great customer service, I was on hold a few times, but the operator was attentive. The online appointment system needs to improve where service details are provided, so people don’t schedule the wrong ser the operator was attentive. I had to come back early the next morning to get my expired NYS inspection updated. I work nights, so this isn’t easy for me but I was out within an hour. However, while catching up on my sleep before work, I was called and asked to take these surveys. Maybe there can be a system to identify best times to contact customers. More
