I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening for a 7 AM scheduled Thursday appointment. I was told service would contact me when they had diagnosed the issue. By Saturday afternoon I had not heard from any scheduled Thursday appointment. I was told service would contact me when they had diagnosed the issue. By Saturday afternoon I had not heard from anyone, I had to call three times to get the service engineer, Chuck, to speak to me. He then told me “I am a hard woman to get a hold of”. My phone never rang nor did I receive a voicemail. I was told I had a broken oil filter and that my car will be ready on Monday morning when I arrived. I arrived at at 7:40 AM my car was not done and I had to wait over an hour. Chuck was apologetic but this was unacceptable as you had my car for five days to fix a broken oil filter. More
Scheduled a drop and wait with service. Was informed that the service needed would take longer than waiting on site would allow despite describing my issues in advance. Rescheduled. Dropped off vehicle, did not receive contact in four days. Called several times, received promises of call back from several parties. Day five I retrieved my own vehicle, no diagnostic service was provided, no fixes performed. Infuriating waste of time. More
