Lack of communication from service department. Car was brought in November 27 and work completed 4 weeks later. After 3 weeks and many calls to service I was told the part was on back order (supply chai brought in November 27 and work completed 4 weeks later. The part was a mass airflow sensor $300 from GM, DePaula charged $600. That's why we use local mechanics!! More

Always seem to be busy there and other than a late start, everything went well. In for inspection and tires I suspected I would need. I was able to drop off my vehicle without an appointment and my car was fixed days before expected. Customer service was great too.
