Dealer would not stand behind their work. Same exact problem occurred 13 months after they repaired it the first time. Service admitted they did not replace the entire system the first time Same exact problem occurred 13 months after they repaired it the first time. Service admitted they did not replace the entire system the first time it was repaired, so for the second time, they would replace entire system. Had to pay both times as it was over the 12 month guarantee. Not fair/good business practice. I just wish we could have had things done correctly the first time. Very very terrible service will NEVER take my car here again!!! Had an appointment for May 11th days go by an still never checked my car, then finally they said it was the transmission module needed to be again!!! Then weeks later they find the part. An mins u NOBODY ever called me for any updates on my car I would always have to call them an everytime I call no one is available said they will have the guy call back, NO ONE EVER calls me back!!!! Then finally a month later I get my car back, then not even having it for 24 hours the transmission light came back on, with apparently another issue, had my car towed there again now a week later apparently something else is wrong now an was told I’d get a call to hopefully pick up my car when fixed since they said they been working on it all morning an still NO call. The people are kinda polite but this service is just very unprofessional an unorganized. Very very upset at this place. I’m a mother of 2 little kids an have not had my car for a month. NOT happy, an will NEVER be coming here again!!! More

Mechanic did a great job and ultimately that was why I was there. Dealership sent me a video of someone else's maintenance being done. I never got my video. Customer service gets poor marks this time and I'm generally an easy customer to please. You should get that repaired. Getting someone else's video is really a complete fail. Getting less than stellar customer service, is disconcerting at best. You guys need to make a plan to be much more detail oriented. More
