The person who I spoke with when I brought my car in had no customer skills. I had to ask questions like what work are you doing, where are my keys, where is my car, where do I sign out? I hope the quality no customer skills. I had to ask questions like what work are you doing, where are my keys, where is my car, where do I sign out? I hope the quality of work was better. I had a tire rotation and I noticed a slight shake afterwards. If it continues I will bring the car back in. Not a great first visit to service with my new Trax. More
Overall good experience with DePaula. Video inspection and communication was very good. I had a little trouble getting a solid answer on when parts would be available but given shipping issues it’s unders and communication was very good. Service rep was very helpful but not very knowledgeable about the actual repair. When I asked for details he tried to gather any details he could. I understand it’s not necessarily reasonable to think the service counter would know about every repair however there seemed to be no one at the counter that was very knowledge about the Bolt EV all-electric vehicle.
