More communication is needed. I had an appointment on Friday and dropped my car off the day before and it wasn't diagnosed till Tuesday. I was only updated once and had to call multiple times to find out the status. So I was left in limbo for a lot of it. Not all the representatives fault . Im sure they can only communicate what the technicians tell them. I'm honestly done with Ford as a brand not just because of this but my whole experience with my car has been not good. With the shady way the transmission has been handled to the lack of support in fixing the issues. More

Your team is not truthful. Never looked at my car the first appointment. Lied to me about how long it takes to get approved for warranty (I called Budco myself and talked to a Never looked at my car the first appointment. Was told they submitted my claim on Tuesday it wasn't it wasn't submitted until Friday after I called and told them I spoke to warranty company. 11 days you had my car for a water pump. 11 days?!?
