Qasim Dawood the finance manager is not trustworthy. He told me I would be able to use my final service in my lease contract, on the day of expiration, which ended up not being true, costing me 1 servic He told me I would be able to use my final service in my lease contract, on the day of expiration, which ended up not being true, costing me 1 service visit. When I purchased the vehicle, negotiating a new service contract was a headache, and was made even more difficult by him telling me about a "rebate", only to later say it was not a rebate. I'll never return to Depaula, other than to use my purchased service appointments (1 of which I was forced to use the day I purchased my vehicle. More

The salesman was great but it was not brought to my attention that the car was a courtesy car and had 4500 miles on it which in turn they bettered the deal and assured me the car would have a 100 point attention that the car was a courtesy car and had 4500 miles on it which in turn they bettered the deal and assured me the car would have a 100 point inspection before I picked it up to my surprise a week later i discovered one of the rear doors was missing the rubber seal and when I went back to the dealer they explained it was borrowed for another vehicle which they ordered one and i went back the next week to have it installed alot of my time wasted when I buy a car in comes down to price that’s why I bought it there More
