I feel the process was long. I was told that I would receive phone calls with updates on my vehicle, and I had not received any call. My vehicle was brought to the facility maybe I was told that I would receive phone calls with updates on my vehicle, and I had not received any call. My vehicle was brought to the facility maybe the week after November 7th…today is December 19th, and I have not received even one phone call. I have had to call every time. Each potential completion date, was never accurate…as I had to call to follow up only to be told the date has changed. More
