The minute I rolled my car in, it was an organized operation. A representative was right there to assist. They listened to the concerns I had and addressed them. We were so very excited to find a dealership that treats you like a person not a customer. We traded in our truck for the new one that was on order We can't say enough about the personal attention we received from manager Jim Rosamino. He recognized us (also left from previous dealership) and helped us feel welcomed and appreciated as a valued purchaser. We spoke like friends long lost and we actually ended up making a deal that day when we were just there to get an idea of what was available!! This wouldn't have happened without the personal attention from Jim. Jim then set us up with Frank Santoro who walked us through the final purchase process. He was extremely friendly and genuine. Frank made everything so easy and stress free! His experience and professionalism made us very comfortable. No anxiety, finally!! Frank also listened and reassured us with the one concern we had that day. Frank took care of all the details for us. These 2 employees are the very reason we will be back for our next Ford purchase.
