Went in for service of both my Explorer and Fusion this week and dealing with Josh was not the issue but I had to come back two on both cars because the loud sound on the Explorer was not the exhaust but t week and dealing with Josh was not the issue but I had to come back two on both cars because the loud sound on the Explorer was not the exhaust but the wheel bearing. So I lost another day without that car and then I came in the following two days after and found that the windshield fluid was not touched and my wheel locks were not put back on the rims without telling me and I only found that out as I was looking to replace it back in my glovebox. I did not get a vehicle inspection video on my fusion so not sure if I did get the works package that I came in for. Just didn’t have a good feeling when I left the dealership the four times I was this this week. More
