Despite the amount of work needed on my car the job was both done well and quickly. No loan vehicles were available at this time but I was delivered back to my home from the dealership and my car was deliv both done well and quickly. Great service, and had what I wanted. They did what they had to do to get me in and out with a vehicle when my truck broke down. I needed to get a new truck anyway and was planning on it, They did what they had to do to get me in and out with a vehicle when my truck broke down. This dealership has lost a customer. Chance Guild repeatedly told me my car would be ready by the next day and that went on for 5 days. When I initially brought my car in he told me they Chance Guild repeatedly told me my car would be ready by the next day and that went on for 5 days. When I initially brought my car in he told me they needed to order a part and that it would take three days. He never called to tell me the part came in; I had to call him and it was over a week later. It was a nightmare. He over promised and under delivered. I was given a loaner thanks to Justin but I think that gave DePaula an excuse to take longer on my repair. When I went to pick up my car (again, Chance did not call me to tell me it was done), he saw me and said he’d be in in a minute but kept me waiting instead. He didn’t even have the courage to say a word as I walked right by him to get to my car. Unacceptable. More
