I’ve always been reluctant to bring any vehicle to a dealer for fear of overpricing or unnecessary service. Needed a must-do repair that only a dealer would handle. DePaula team did the repairs for a v dealer for fear of overpricing or unnecessary service. Needed a must-do repair that only a dealer would handle. DePaula team did the repairs for a very fair price and great professionalism and excellent service and use of modern technology to keep me informed on findings, progress and completion. This is a class act and I will definitely use again I. The future! PS they also are timely on appointments - usually within 1 week which is unlike other Ford dealers in the area with 1 month wait schedules! More
