I worked only with Chance and he took good care of me however the shop didn't remember to reset the change oil soon reminder , I don't notice it until I started the car the next day. Very disappointed with my experience with the Service Dept. The part I needed was back-ordered and I know that's not DePaula's fault but the lack of communication was outrageous. A week went by when we w Dept. The part I needed was back-ordered and I know that's not DePaula's fault but the lack of communication was outrageous. A week went by when we were under the impression that my car was getting worked on only to find out that it hadn't been touched. I had to call to find this out. I was not called when the part came in, either. My EV was out of commission for a month, again it was a supply chain issue but it's not that hard to pick up the phone to call me and keep me updated. More
