When I arrived everyone was especially courteous and everyone was prompt. My sales guy was Jacob, who was PHENOMENAL. I told him what I wanted, what I wanted to put down, and that if he could deliver in my price range, he'd have a immediate sale. Jacob was able to do that, and was not pushy like most sales guys. He genuinely listened, and he delivered exactly what I wanted, a 2019 Hyundai Kona at a great price! He helped me get the paperwork done, didn't leave me sitting there in the cubicle, and he always had a smile on his face. He even called in to check on my new car a few days later after I purchased it. That shows he cares, and it shows that Dean Team puts the customer first. I will shop from them again, and I can't wait to see them for my car preventative maintenance. Wonderful dealer. More
