All told it was a very pleasurable buying experience and I really like the new G80 Sport. Rich Pfuehl was more than just helpful and friendly, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and quite candid about the sale (which I appreciate in a salesman - no B.S.). Clearly Dean Team invests in experienced sales staff. There was very little wiggle room on pricing, but I do feel like I got a great vehicle at a fair price. Opted for the extended bumper-to-bumper warranty; worth it, depending on your circumstances. Customer service was fantastic, and I felt neither overwhelmed nor ignored by sales staff. Credit qualifying and signing went smoothly and faster than expected. Honestly, I think I could've gotten slightly more for my money elsewhere, but the service was worth a small premium and I trust that future encounters will be just as pleasant. Best place to Buy a Hyundai Andy contacted me after an internet search. He was about 2 hours away from me.
