Sales Person Rude when decided to not buy car due2 accident We were at the Dean Team Hyundai dealership to shop for a used car. The dealer salesperson showed us 3 cars to test drive. After the test drive of 1st We were at the Dean Team Hyundai dealership to shop for a used car. The dealer salesperson showed us 3 cars to test drive. After the test drive of 1st car, I asked sales person to show us the carfax report of the car. He showed us the report and it had accident history. So we told him that we are not interested in the 1st car and asked him to show the carfax report for other 2 cars before we take it for test drive. He pulled the report for other two cars and they both also had accident history on them. We told the sales person that we are not interested in buying accident history car. He tbecame aggresive to convince us why the car is still good and the price is non negotiable. We mentioned that the car might be good but we are looking only for clean history cars. So thanked him for showing us the cars and started to walk away. He was angry and commented "good luck wasting your time". These people need to know better that how to treat potential customer. If they treat well then they will have return customers. We had similar experience at Dean Team VW. More

We went to the other dealer just to hear what they had to say...bait, switch, and games. Went to Dean Team, got a great deal on a great car, no hassle. Highly recommend. More
