Best car buying experience we have had. The Dean Team and Christopher Smith specifically went above all expectations in finding the car we wanted at the best price. This included everything from the right color to the exact options we wanted. When the car showed up with a very minor chip in the paint (certainly not the dealer's fault!) Christopher took great care to ensure it would be properly repaired even though this would require later delivery to our city nearly two hours away. Options were fully explained and there was no pressure to make upgrades. We especially appreciated the thorough explanation and demonstration of how to use our chosen option packages. It was obvious from first contact to final sale that his main concern was to deliver the right car at the right price and in the end to have a happy and satisfied customer.
