Honest, Efficient, Straightforward I contacted a dozen Subaru dealers in the St Louis, Columbia and Kansas City areas with regard to price on a new car and trade in value on my old ones I contacted a dozen Subaru dealers in the St Louis, Columbia and Kansas City areas with regard to price on a new car and trade in value on my old ones. Just based on responsiveness, that number was narrowed to half a dozen. In e-mails and phone conversations, it quickly became evident that Dean Team was the most interested in working out a deal. They were forthcoming on their price and willing to give me ballpark figures on the trades. We were able to quickly reach common ground. When the time came to actually visit the dealership to get the trades evaluated and talk final price on the purchase it was quick, reasonable, and I left feeling that I had gotten a great deal. Not because I had gotten the upper hand, but because they were as interested in giving me a good deal as I was in getting one. I ordered the car, and about 8 weeks later went in to finalize the sale and pick it up. Everything was ready, there were no "gotchas", all was as had been previously agreed upon. There was no high pressure after sale effort. I've been shopping cars for 50 years and this was one of the best experiences. Even if you don't end up buying from these guys I would definitely give them a chance to make an offer - they are willing to go the extra mile to get your business! More
