Tony Wright was the sales agent I worked with and not only did he reply to my emails and texts very promptly before I ever came on site, but once I got there he had me in the car I chose within two and a half hours. Now you have to understand, I've spent almost an entire day at some other local dealerships trying to buy cars. They were all pleasant and quick. Lastly, he had the chance to up sell me which I practically handed to him, and he based his recommendations on my needs not on the most money he could make in this transaction. I really really appreciate that and it's basically unheard of these days. I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Subaru or VW. More

sales manager The rep that I worked with Wes Gallegos was great. He was patient and was an advocate for the buyer. He did all he could to make the buying process easy and stress free. The used car sales manager however was not so much. My girlfriend and I overheard him being belligerent toward Wes in an uncalled for manner. There are ways to manage without treating your people like less than human. I personally felt bad for Wes. I have years of management and sales experience, and I would have NEVER talked to my people in this manner. This used car sales manager needs to have his attitude and ego put in check. Everyone that I personally had interaction with was pleasant and professional and made the buying process enjoyable. Wes went above and beyond to make sure the sale went smooth. If I had to personally deal with the Used car sales manager I would have walked away from the deal. I truly felt for Wes and what he and the other salesmen have to put up with in the used car sales department. Thank you for being accommodating and respectful. More
