Hands down best car purchasing experience I’ve had This is the fifth car I’ve purchased new and was by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience so far. The Dean team Ballwin dealership is beautifu This is the fifth car I’ve purchased new and was by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience so far. The Dean team Ballwin dealership is beautiful. It’s quiet and the people there all look and act professional. Our sales consultant was Richard Gotsch. He listened closely, understood exactly what we wanted and was able to show us a car that met our requirements (and I had several.) He was pleasant to talk to (even fun.) What’s even better is that the whole experience lasted a total of 1.5 hours from talking, to test drive, to walking the lot to find the perfect car. We secured a deal on a Saturday night and I was able to pick up my car, sign my financing papers and walk through all of my new features over lunch on Monday. Jason in finance had all my papers printed and ready to sign. It was the best experience ever. I highly recommend visiting Richard if you need a new car. I love my car! I got an Atlas and it’s an amazing piece of technology for the price. More

Upon arrival, the sales team was quick to bring around the car, show the features, and let me take a test drive. I worked with John and Matt, and they were both friendly and informative about the car and any questions that I had. They were in no way pushy, but did make sure I understood the different options available and why I might want to consider them. Going through financing with Dustin went much more quickly than any other car-buying experience I've ever had. I was in and out within about 3.5 hours, and definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in Subarus. More
