Low Pressure, Relaxed Atmosphere. I cannot rate the dealership at 5 stars until I have m first experience with the Service Dept. While I love the Forester, I was surprised & disappointed to learn that a car with so many advanced features somehow lacks a garage door opener and a compass. I have had these items FOREVER. I recall seeing the compass on models that I test drove, so I assumed it was a standard feature. It just seems odd that these mirror-mounted features aren't standard on the Limited version and add an additional $350 to $400, which is a budget buster for me at this point. More

Attention to detail....on the phone, in the shop I called Richard on the phone and told him what I was after, fuel economy and legroom. My wife and I knew we where after the Passat. Once we arrived on a snowy/rainy day, Richard had the Passat in the showroom garage, but he also had the Jetta as well. He said "I want you to at least take a look at the Jetta, I remember you saying "fuel economy" and it has the space...check it out, you decide. Drive them both". We did, both of them. Fell in love with the Jetta and are getting better gas mileage on our commute than we would have in the Passat, evan though the Passat gets great mpg. Thanks Richard for giving me pause to look at options! 40 MPG on hwy is a far cry from where we were at 17mpg. Richard and Carl were great to work with, go see them, they will take good care of you. More

I love my Crosstrek! I walked into Dean Team and was instantly greeted by Michelle Schmitt as soon as my boyfriend and I walked through the door. She immediately asked if she could help us find anything and helped point me in the right direction to my new car. Michelle helped me find the right car for me from price, to the bells and whistles I wanted or could live without. She was very informative about the Subaru Crosstrek and gave me her honest opinions. Jason with finace was also very helpful with getting me set up with a bank who would give me the lowest interest rate. I am very satisfied with Subaru and the Dean Team and hopefully come back for my next purchase! More

Although I liked a car at another dealership just as well, that salesperson made me feel uncomfortable and extreme pressure to sign the same day. Scott gave me options that fit my needs and was readily available when needed to answer any questions! More
