Helpful and accessible I was looking to buy/lease my very first Subaru WRX. Andrew was very helpful through the process despite some bumps given that it was my first time b I was looking to buy/lease my very first Subaru WRX. Andrew was very helpful through the process despite some bumps given that it was my first time buying/leasing a car. He did his best to give me the best deal possible. He was also knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. He even took the time to teach me manual!! Even after buying the car, he still helped me out with whatever questions I had regarding paperwork. Great guy, friendly, and really there to help the customer anyway he can. I highly recommend working with him. More

Very responsive and great to work with from out of town! I was looking for a great deal on a 2016 Volvo XC90 Inscription, fully loaded, which was hard to find in the exact color exterior/interior combo. Usi I was looking for a great deal on a 2016 Volvo XC90 Inscription, fully loaded, which was hard to find in the exact color exterior/interior combo. Using CarGurus to search the nation, I found one here. After some negotiation over the phone - no pressure at all from Paul Biermann - we settled on a price for the vehicle. Paul sent the vehicle over to the Volvo dealer for recalls to be taken care of and minor scratches to be repaired by their body shop prior to me coming down and making the transaction. I was in and out in a few hours, and on my way with a like new vehicle without paying for the depreciation! Special thanks to Paul for making this the easiest car buying transaction I've had over the years...great guy! More

Ryan Troll provides outstanding service! Ryan Troll took my calls from out of town and really listened to what I wanted. Then at the dealership he suggested a great workaround for my problem Ryan Troll took my calls from out of town and really listened to what I wanted. Then at the dealership he suggested a great workaround for my problem--I wanted a manual transmission for no more than $13K and it had to be fuel efficient plus bright red for visibility. He searched for options at other Dean Team locations. Then he worked with Scott Roberts and Dustin Westhoff to get me a NEW Jetta for that price, and suggested "wraps" to make it the color I really want. Brilliant! Ryan's friendliness and attentiveness to detail are impressive. Even though we were not his only customers, we felt as though we were. More

Carl was a first class salemen, no pressure, and knowledge. It was a pleasure buying a car from Carl. The only problem we had was the sales manager. Total not professsional All the salesman in the show room were wearing slacks and a golf shirt (properly dressed).
