Took it for a quick test drive, went through the negotiation process, and was out the door in (relatively speaking if you've ever purchased a car) fairly short order. Easy to deal with and negotiate with and I ended up in a much better vehicle than what I had. More

I'm a little disappointed that I didn't hear back from Jason after he said he would track down the vehicle and let me know if it was still available, but he did go out of his way to lend a hand. This review DOES NOT reflect his service rather than the overall dealership.*** The morning of my appointment I received a text from Jason letting me know that both vehicles I inquired about were ready for me and that John Biermann would be helping me out. However, when I arrived at the dealership there was only one vehicle pulled up and John acted confused about the other one (which I was more interested in). I cancelled two other appointments because I was sure it was the car for me, but I'm assuming no one ever found it since there was no follow up. It's kind of bizarre that it mysteriously disappeared within 3 days and that there are still listings up. Make sure the vehicle you're interested in is prepared (not just available in the system) before wasting your time/energy. More

Great! We recently purchased a brand new 2017 Outback. Our salesman was Paul and he did a great job getting us into our new Outback. It was a long day there We recently purchased a brand new 2017 Outback. Our salesman was Paul and he did a great job getting us into our new Outback. It was a long day there for us but that's my fault. But at the end of the day I feel we got a good deal on our new Outback. And Mark knocked the ball out of the park when he went over all the "new gadgets" that we had no idea what they were for. Product knowledge is very important and Mark knows his product! I was very concerned about the service after the sale but I had a good phone conversation with Eric the service manager yesterday and he let me know he is always there to help us should we need him. I felt very good after our conversation. Only the the future will tell if I made a good choice doing business with The Dean Team but for now I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. More
