Ryan demonstrated his knowledge of both choices immediately, along with available options based on their respective trim levels. We settled on a Passat SE. Ryan quickly found us one with our requested color and options. The negotiation process was quick (and painless!). We were then sent to finance. The dealership was a bit busy since it was a Saturday, so we did have a bit of a wait. Despite the wait, they did move through people pretty quickly.
