Upon arrival Tony was finishing a delivery with another customer. So we started walking the lot to get an idea of the options they had. We were then approached by Scott, the Volkswagen Sales manager, he walked if anyone was working with us and told him we were waiting for Tony. He went above and beyond to show us cars while we waited. As I looked at the options I really liked the idea of the 6yr/72k mike bumper to bumper warranty the new Atlas came with from Volkswagen. Once inside of the vehicle it was amazing to see the size and be able to feel the comfort. When test driving the Atlas performed phenomenally. The ride quality and the lack of interior noise was wonderful. For something in the mid $30k range it is unbeatable. Once back at the dealer we were discussing what we liked and decided to try and purchase. When we told Tony what we were hoping for with pricing, he went and talked to Scott, the sales manager, and came back with an agreeable price point. We then finished the front of the paperwork before seeing the Finance Manager, Rick. This was another great experience. No pressure to buy any extended warranties or anything of the sort. We took possession and never looked back. I will definitely recommend Tony, Scott, and Rick to anyone looking at buying a new (or new to you) vehicle. I will definitely be a lifelong customer. More
