There are no "Mandatory Dealer" addons, like pinstriping, AutoButler and other paths for extra profit. Our sales rep did a great job and made us feel like a valued customer. Then the Finance manager apparently pulled some dark arts type magic and got us a lower rate than I thought was available. And he was very nice as well. 4 Thumps up, 2 from me, 2 from my wife! No rating for Customer Service as there was no interaction. More
