Luckily, not only were we close to Dean Team Ballwin Subaru but Annie Thompson answered the phone. Annie's friendly manner guided us to their location, made us feel welcome, and kept us informed through the service process. She even kept an eye on our cat who was asleep in the back of our car. The Service department got us back on the road within 2 hours. We are so grateful for their quick service, but most importantly for taking our problems on when they were busy with their local customers. More
