As a result of the exceptional professionalism and courtesy we experienced 14 years ago, we thought it would be wise to visit the Dean Team once again. After reviewing their website inventory, I spoke with salesman Ryan Troll on the phone and informed him of the Beetle 1.8 T S model that we were interested in. An appointment was made with Ryan. We took a test drive and realized the S model would be suitable for us. There was no hassle or any attempt to "upscale", as many other dealerships attempt to do. The sales process was very smooth. The terms listed on their website were explained and followed. Rick Richard thoroughly explained the extended warranty plans. Our total buying time was approximately 2 hours.
